Dr. Brian McCaig became the Director of LCERPA in 2021. Brian is an Associate Professor in Laurier's Economics Department. His research analyses the impacts of globalization on firms and individuals in developing countries, with a focus on Vietnam. He has published in several leading academic journals including the American Economic Review, Journal of International Economics, and IMF Economic Review. |
LCERPA aims to support and promote high quality economic research. In addition to promoting research within our academic networks, we work with professional economists, government bodies, and community stakeholders to advance our collective understanding of economic trends, policy applications, and other economic and social issues.
